San Antonio, TX. We are excited to unveil Namauu Technological & Industrial (NTI)’s new logo, an emblem that reflects our identity, mission, and deep connection to our Native Hawaiian heritage. This update is more than just a visual change; it is a bold representation of our values, history, and forward-thinking approach as we continue to evolve as a leader in our industry.
At the heart of our new logo is an interpretation of Kūkā‘ilimoku, commonly referred to as “_Ku” _one of the four principal gods in Hawaiian mythology. Ku is renowned as the god of war, politics, farming and fishing. For generations, he has embodied resilience, determination, and the ability to overcome great challenges—qualities that resonate deeply with us as a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) owned company. Ku was often carried into battle by kings like King Kamehameha the Great, symbolizing his role as a protector and bringer of victory. By embodying Ku in our logo, we reflect our mission to uphold these ideals: fostering trust, leading with integrity, and building strong partnerships that empower our communities and customers alike.
Anchoring this design is our company name “Namauu,” written in the Ethnocentric font. We chose this accelerated, ultramodern typeface for its outstretched forms, symbolizing rapid horizontal movement—an analogy for NTI’s momentum and the quality of our workforce. It represents not only the speed and agility with which we operate but also our commitment to progress, innovation, and delivering results. Our new logo is a testament to who we are and what we stand for. Just as Ku stood as a trusted protector, provider, and guide, NTI is dedicated to doing the same for our customers and partners.
