This month, NTI is proud to spotlight Jason Charles, Virtual Technology System Administrator supporting the 325th Communications Squadron (CS). Jason has recently demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, earning him recognition for his outstanding contributions.

Going Above and Beyond

Jason played a crucial role in resolving a critical issue with the Horizon VDI Server following the Air Force Network Secured (AFNS) migration process. The migration rendered the server inoperable, posing a significant challenge for the team.

Unscheduled Rebuild Under Pressure

Undeterred by the complexities, Jason undertook an unscheduled rebuild of the entire VDI enclave from the ground up on the new AFNS domain. His efforts not only restored functionality but also ensured seamless integration with the new domain, a testament to his technical prowess and problem-solving abilities.

Ensuring Operational Excellence

Jason's ability to troubleshoot, rebuild, and optimize our VDI infrastructure under pressure highlights his deep technical knowledge and unwavering commitment to maintaining operational excellence. His contributions were instrumental in minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity for our operations.
