Hope Skibitsky Named Chief Executive Officer of NTI

    Jul 22, 2025

    FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
    July 23, 2025

San Antonio, TX – Hope Skibitsky, a retired U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant and experienced federal growth strategist, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Namauu Technological & Industrial (NTI), a Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO)-owned small business delivering strategic services in mission support, digital modernization, federal service project management, and integrated training across the federal landscape.

This leadership transition marks a pivotal moment for NTI, reflecting a natural evolution toward a leadership structure that better aligns with the company’s current scale and strategic priorities. NTI’s founder and former CEO, Dr. Kekai Namauu, will now serve as Chief Systems & Strategy Officer, focusing on enterprise architecture, high-level planning, and cross-functional alignment while remaining actively involved in shaping the company’s growth.

A retired U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant, Skibitsky brings nearly three decades of military service, deep human capital leadership experience, and a track record of empowering growth within purpose-driven organizations. Since joining NTI as Chief People Empowerment Officer, and later serving as Chief Growth Officer, she has championed employee-centered yet customer-focused systems, guided strategic expansion efforts, and introduced transformative approaches to workforce development in the federal space.

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to continue developing NTI on the trajectory that was established by Kekai and realize his passion and vision for delivering exceptional service to the federal government,” said Skibitsky. “As a Native Hawaiian and career service member, it’s a privilege to carry forward both the mission and the cultural responsibility we represent.”

Skibitsky’s promotion reflects NTI’s ongoing investment in leadership that aligns military-tested discipline with community-rooted values. Over the course of her nearly 28-year military career, she held top senior enlisted leadership positions across global Air Force missions, including serving as the Command Chief Master Sergeant for the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center, supporting both the USAF and USSF. Her assignments spanned major operations, medical, and training roles—including leadership positions in Germany, the UK, and multiple deployed environments—making her deeply attuned to the complexity and criticality of mission-focused service delivery.

Known for saying “innovation isn’t just about technology,” Skibitsky’s impact at NTI has included launching professional development pipelines, championing emotional intelligence in management, and setting the tone for how federal contractors can lead with both results and heart. Her track record of operational excellence, workforce development, and mission-first leadership made her an ideal fit to carry forward NTI’s culture of service, transformation, and trust.

Dr. Kekai Namauu, who founded NTI and guided it through its 8(a) certification, early adoption of NCMA's Contract Management Standard, and rapid growth across multiple defense programs, now shifts his focus to expanding opportunity as the company grows into its next phase.

“Hope has always led with purpose and principle,” said Namauu. “From the moment she joined NTI, she elevated how we think about our people, our processes, and our potential. Her leadership is exactly what this next chapter requires—and I’m proud to see her at the helm.”

This leadership evolution reflects NTI’s long-term vision: to continue delivering mission-ready, people-first service to its federal clients, while building a legacy that honors the organization’s cultural roots and community obligations.

    About NTI

Federal organizations turn to NTI for our dependable, predictable, and structured approach to the contract lifecycle. We are the first 8(a) to adopt NCMA’s Contract Management Standard (CMS) and the Contract Management Body of Knowledge (CMBOK) and utilize it through our proprietary Federal Service Project Management (FSPM) framework; which enables transparency from business development through contract execution and service delivery. Simply put, we excel at the critical yet often overlooked details that drive success.
