What Hope loves most about NTI is the diversity of its team—different backgrounds, personalities, and skill sets coming together. She values how the NTI family leans on each other, celebrates wins, and supports one another through challenges. “When it’s time to work, we work. But when it’s time to take care of one of our own, we do that too,” she says.

Life Outside of Work

When she’s not empowering NTI employees, Hope enjoys life with her husband and their first-ever dog—a hairless pup that requires sunscreen, lotion, and even mosquito repellent! She also loves audiobooks, from professional development reads to thrilling murder mysteries, and helping her husband bring his agricultural dreams to life.
