His quick thinking and efficient action significantly enhanced our transition process, ensuring we met the deadline successfully without compromising on quality or safety.

From Hiring Our Heroes to NTI Leader

Carlos joined NTI from the Hiring Our Heroes program, and his exceptional work ethic and performance quickly earned him a permanent position. Since the conception of the Wavelength contract, Carlos has been a cornerstone of our team, consistently demonstrating his value and dedication.
